Terms of payment

The buyer can pay for the products ordered using the following payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase:

Credit card

Payment by credit card through the payment system offered on www.stripe.com (PostePay, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express cards)

In case of payment by credit card, the payment procedure will take place via a secure connection connected directly to the site www.stripe.com owner and manager of the online payment service, which Torri Cantine cannot access. In particular, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiry date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the “Stripe” manager, which provides the related remote electronic payment services, without that third parties may, in any way, have access to it.

The amount of the order will be charged at the time of the transaction except, of course, the customer’s right to have the amount credited back in any case of default by the Seller or non-performance of the contract for reasons attributable to the Seller.

The customer is solely responsible for the data entered, therefore he guarantees to use only credit cards of which he has legitimate availability and accounts linked to banking institutions and/or online payment systems.

Paypal

If Paypal is chosen as the payment method, the transaction will take place on a server owned by PayPal and can be finalized by the customer by debiting their PayPal account or through a transaction made by credit card, by filling in the fields of the appropriate form on the screen. payment.

If the customer has an active credit card on the Paypal account (VISA, MasterCard, PostePay, Visa Electron, Maestro) the system allows you to save an identification code so as not to enter the credentials again in future payments. In this case, the data provided will be collected by Torri Cantine in an encrypted manner and transmitted to PayPal.

Wire transfer

Payment can also be made by advance bank transfer made out to Società Agricola Torri Cantine Srl. At the time of completing the order, the bank details – IBAN of the Torri Cantine Srl agricultural company will be communicated to the Customer.

Cash on delivery

As regards the method of payment by cash on delivery (valid only for orders placed with delivery expected in Italian territory), only and exclusively cash will be accepted upon delivery of the goods with the addition of the price of the service equal to € 5, 00# for each single order.
