Vinification
In thermo-conditioned steel vats, malolactic fermentation and bottling in the total absence of oxygen follow.
Smell
Excellent olfactory energy with fruity and floral scents of plum, cherry, currant, violet, thyme.
Taste
Dry and accommodating, where warmth and softness coexist well with moderate acidity and tannins that are never angular. A delicate herbaceous note is added to the olfactory scents in the finish.
Pairings
Serving temperature 16-18°C, perfect on its own and in company with aperitifs, appetizers, roasted and grilled meats, vegetarian dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
