Sensory notes

Colour: A bright and intense straw yellow with golden reflections.
Smell: delicate and persistent floral and fruity notes stand out on the nose, citrus, acacia, pear.
Taste: The sip is vigorous, in perfect harmony with the perfumes, characterized by a freshness softened only by a delicate rebalancing softness. A prolonged and mineral final note that confirms the prestigious terroir of origin.

Harvesting
Born in one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard raised in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to guarantee a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.

A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC obtained from a rigorously manual harvest in mid-September from certified organic farming, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Winemaking
A vinification carried out in conditioned concrete tanks followed by a 4-month refinement, always in concrete, to then proceed with bottling in the total absence of oxygen.

How to match our Bakàn Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC wine
A wine to be served cold, at a maximum of 6-8 degrees with aperitifs, appetizers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. We imagine it with a tuna tartare, paccheri, rocket and prawns, chicken with peppers, but also a very simple caprese.
