Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC Rosarubra
Sensory notes
Colour: a beautiful deep cherry pink, extremely bright and consistent.
Smell: intense and very fragrant, incredibly elegant, with floral and fruity notes, carnation, geranium, vigorous cherry, raspberry, peach.
Taste: dry and very vigorous, in which a beautiful freshness and a very delicate tannin stand out, accompanied by the hand by a rebalancing warmth and softness. The olfactory scents are confirmed, with the addition of a delicate vinosity and a long and persistent mineral finish.
Harvesting
Born in a beautiful area dedicated to viticulture, at an ideal altitude to guarantee an extraordinary temperature range and with a magnificent exposure, from a very old vine grown with the Guyot system.
A cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC, obtained from a rigorously manual harvest in early October, from certified biodynamic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Winemaking
A vinification in white, carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a maturation of 6 months, still in steel, to then proceed with bottling in total absence of oxygen.
