Harvesting
Born in one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo, from an ancient vineyard raised in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to guarantee a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.
A Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC obtained from a rigorously manual harvest in the first ten days of October, from certified organic farming, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Winemaking
It is vinified in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 5 months in cement tanks, to then continue the maturation for a further 5 months in large 50hl Slavonian oak barrels to finally proceed upon filling the bag in the total absence of oxygen.
