Sensory notes

Colour: A beautiful intense cherry pink, characterized by an enthralling luminosity.
Smell: The nose evokes ripe cherry pulp, hints of raspberry and currant.
Taste: On the palate it is dry, moderately warm and soft in perfect harmony with a nice freshness and persistent minerality.

Harvesting
Born in one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard raised in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to guarantee a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure.

A Cerasuolo obtained from a rigorously manual harvest in the second ten days of September from certified organic farming, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Winemaking
A vinification in white, carried out in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a 3-month refinement in cement tanks, to then proceed to filling the bag in the total absence of oxygen.

With this wine we can combine an infinite number of dishes, we just have to choose them, it must only be served quite cold, at a temperature of 8°-10° at the most.
Excellent with aperitifs, appetizers, first or second courses, vegetarian dishes, we think of risotto with seafood, tortelli with broccoli, strips of veal with mushrooms, but also a semi-seasoned provolone.
