Sensory notes
Colour: Vigorous and impenetrable ruby red with an adequate consistency.
Smell: An intense and fine nose of red flowers such as violets, a fruitiness of plums, cherries, blueberries, an interesting spice and a long herbaceous and earthy note.
Taste: A moderate warmth is perceived on the palate assisted by an enveloping softness which are balanced by a measured acidity and compact but velvety tannins and with rounded edges.

Harvesting
Originally from Pomerol, in the area of the great French Bordeaux, it is one of the best known and most cultivated international vines in the world, thanks to its quality of getting used to and conforming to any territory and climate it has been introduced and cultivated, always distinguishing itself for its class and elegance .

A Merlot that is the result of a strictly manual harvest in the third decade of August from certified organic farming, which guarantees maximum respect for the surrounding environment.

Winemaking
It is vinified in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 3 months in the cement tanks to then proceed to filling the bag in the total absence of oxygen.
