Harvesting
Manual harvest in early September from certified organic farming. Perfect exposure and temperature range that guarantee an excellent final product.

Vinification
In thermo-conditioned steel vats, bottling follows in the total absence of oxygen.

Smell
Intense, fruity aromas of apple, pear, peach with yellow flesh and a floral bouquet of wild flowers, delicate herbaceous note.

Taste
dry and fresh, attenuated by a delicate warmth and perfect softness, scents in line with the sense of smell, completed by a magnificent citrus.

Pairings
Serving temperature 6-8°C, perfect for aperitifs, appetizers, fish, vegetarian, white meats and fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
